B4 u leave put the fone nos of ur m8s in2 the fonebook of mum, or someone u trust.
	Set a reminder on ur fone 2 txt home wen u arrive safely.
	It's Worth setting 2 or 3 "Txt home" reminders while u r away - just to put their minds @ rest!
	Wen travellin' abroad 'enable' ur fone 2 roam in any foreign country - u do
	this by calling ur network provider.
	Charge ur fone + take ur charger and adaptor wiv u.
